I've turned in the last chapter on chess openings. I still have to write the introductory chapters and the closing ones, but the research part is over. Phew.

Top dog

There is ample evidence that despite Maya's natural aggressiveness, Tara has established dominance. I'm sort of feeling sorry for Maya. However, the both enjoy tiring each other out by romping and play fighting.

Book Blues

I am well past the halfway mark writing this book, but cannot say that the end is in sight. This is the part where you just have to keep grinding away.

Tara Training

We just got a free training session with Tara. I hope the training took (for me.)

USCF lawsuits are settled

I have never been involved in a sillier organization. They may as well have set fire to hundreds of thousands of dollars. The lawyers were the only winners.
